Thai Chicken Curry

Traditional Thai Green Chicken Curry. Diced chicken thighs marinated in Thai spices, ginger, lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves for 24 hours. Slowly poached in a coconut cream broth with fresh greens, sweet potato, carrot, red capsicum and coriander. 

* This would be classified as a mild curry for those that love chilli.
